Over 12,000 licensed real estate agents in this area can immediately see your listing. Home buyers without agents can also see your home on the internet. ReQuest will assist you with all paperwork through closing without any additional costs. Included are the necessary disclosures, offers, negotiations, and the purchase and sales agreements. You may also provide us with pictures of your home via email that we will then upload to the internet sites. A professional yard sign is installed on your property. We use the same company that installs signs for most major real estate brokers. The yard sign will have your phone number attached so that possible buyers may contact you directly without going through real estate agents.
