 Finding Your Home You've probably found that the Internet has changed the way people search for a home. We can search for a home for you or help you search on the internet. Just let us know what kind of service you want, and we will take it from there. We are registered agents and will search the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) database for all available homes that fit your needs. Every day we will email or fax you the home listings that meet your needs, with addresses and pictures. We provide all the service you need, and we pay you one-half of our commission. Showing You the Home There are three easy steps: 1. You review the listings we send you, including photos, home features, location, curb appeal, and pricing. 2. You then decide on the homes you wish to see. 3. We schedule a visit to these homes at a convenient time for you. Negotiation and Representation When you find the house that you may want to buy, we will help you decide on the amount to offer the seller for the home by researching comparable sales in the area. Your ReQuest agent will prepare a legal offer using the Northwest Multiple Listing ServiceTM Purchase & Sale Agreement that protects your rights and interests. We provide full real estate agent representation through inspection, financing, escrow, and closing. |
